History Williams Real Estate is a family owned and operated company that commenced business in Douglas Parade, Williamstown in April 1982 and re-located to our present location at 75 Ferguson Street, Williamstown in May 1991.
The company is managed by its founder and Managing Director John Williams. John is a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Australia and a certified estate agent. He and his wife Lynne have lived in Williamstown for over 30 years and have been continually involved in numerous local clubs and institutions.
Co-director and son Travis Williams controls all software operations and training programs and recently introduced his industry renowned ‘Box+Dice’ software program to the company. This innovative program currently boasts over 13,000 potential clients, which gives our company a huge advantage in our real estate dealings.
The company consists of an enthusiastic team of real estate professionals who are highly trained and experienced in their particular facet of real estate.
