Past, Present & Future Williams Real Estate is a locally owned and operated company that commenced business in Douglas Parade, Williamstown in April 1982 and re-located to our present location at 75 Ferguson Street, Williamstown in May 1991.
Katie Smith and Michael Harvey are the Directors of the business taking over from its founder and Managing Director John Williams, continuing over 28 years of continuous service.
Katie is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer while Michael brings a wealth of experience to the partnership and is known by his peers and one of the finest auctioneers in the region. Katie and Michael have over 30 years of combined experience and having sold many properties including some of the finest in the region.
