Open For Inspection Checklist

Here are a few tips when presenting your home for an Open for Inspection

• Ensure that there is no dirty dishes left on the bench or sink
• Put the toaster and sandwich press away if you have the room
• Don't leave your dirty laundry on the floor or your clean laundry in view inside the home
• Also put away the vacuum cleaner/mop
• If possible open some windows a couple of hours before the open for inspection
• If it is a winters day put the heater on to take the chill out of the house
• If it is a summers day put the air conditioner on
• If you have children’s toys in the backyard, make sure they are put away or placed neat and tidy
• If you wish to have scented candles burning ensure you tell your agent that they are on and where they are located
