With 11 years in the industry you would have some great achievements. What are the most memorable? With 11 years already in this wonderful and challenging industry, there have been some great achievements so it is difficult to pinpoint the most memorable but I suppose I can start with my own personal achievements. I started at Williams Real Estate as the receptionist or as I like to call that role now “the front desk operator”. After only three weeks one of the senior sales people saw some hidden talents in me so I become the first personal assistant in a sales role in the Williamstown area. I worked in this role for only 2 years before my mentor at the time decided he was ready to step out of the sales department, and it was time for me to step into the big, wide world of Real Estate. I am so proud to say that I am the director of such a wonderful company and at such a young age. I really feel as a woman of 31 years of age, I have achieved much more than I would have ever expected. This industry demands a lot of hard work and real dedication and of course, in my opinion, true passion for your craft. Receiving respect not only from my valued clients, but also my peers within the industry, is really the greatest achievement for me.

What makes Williamstown such a great place to live and sell houses in? You asked what makes Williamstown such a great place in which to live and sell houses, well really, the question should be what doesn’t make Williamstown a great place to live and sell houses in? I often laugh with people purchasing homes from me who are not already living in the town (which by the way are not many at all) and say to them “now that you have purchased in Williamstown, you will never leave”. Honestly though, with all the beautiful period homes and the sprinkling of modern architecture, it really does make my job very interesting.

Time away with your partner Michael is one thing in life you cherish. Can you describe your ultimate holiday experience? Having a career that demands so much of my time it is important not to forget to book holidays and get away to recharge the batteries. My husband and I both enjoy the sun, me lying in it and Michael surfing. We have both just come back from a week in Bali which was fantastic. We have not been there for 10 years and so much has changed.
